Living In God’s Healing Trust

For those youth in our parish in grades 6-12 and their friends.

Youth Group Meetings: We talk about things that matter to youth, and figure out how our faith can help us in our everyday lives. We have a lot of fun together and build close friendships with eachother and with Jesus. Youth Group Meetings are on Sunday Nights from 6:30-8:30 pm in the Youth Room. The last Sunday of each month is Game Night in the Church Hall.

Community Service: Reaching out to our neighbors in need is a very important part of being a Catholic Youth in today’s world. Through outreach to local charities and other programs, our youth have the opportunity to put their faith into action.

Larger Church Community: We also attend larger church events, such as Diocesan retreats, the Junior High Youth Rally, the Diocesan Youth convention, and the biennial National Catholic Youth Conference. Through these activities, our youth have the opportunity to interact with other youth their own age and come to realize that they are part of a bigger, worldwide catholic community.

Youth Advisory Board: We have a Youth Advisory Board (MOSYAC) which is made up of youth and adults whose responsibility it is to outline, plan, and assist in organizing events for the youth of our parish.
